Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy is a process  in  which  a  client/patient ( adult and children) works with  a trained/ licensed therapist   to  explore and address personal challenges, emotional conflicts, and any mental health concerns.

Therapists would provide a confidential and supportive space for clients' disclosed information.

However, there are some exceptions, such as if there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or when required by law. Individual Therapy aims to promote emotional well-being.
